Track Review: The Blow "Pile of Gold"

So, this is the first "mp3 post" for The Anchor Center. Yes, it's a little like Pop-Up Video or maybe an Adult Swim commercial...but it's fun, it's different, and it's the only way I know how to do it.

that. was so fucking cool. bravo man, bravo, definitely keep doing that stuff. i just may have to steal this idea once and while.

honestly, lots of people are very passive when they browse mp3 blogs and listen to music. it's like if nothing catches their ears within a few seconds, they'll move on. this really maintains the reader's (or should I say "viewer's") attention so the whole song is listened to. seriously man, great great work here.

When I first heard this I thought it was a cover of Tricky's Black Steel. On second listen I realize it is not but could have been an outtake.
